How does a US company benefit from not having to report to the US tax dep't about money paid to a foreign cont?
Q. A Us company doing bis in China wants a contractor to fill out a w-8ben form. US company says it is so they don't have to report about fees paid to the contractor to the US tax dep't. How does this benifit the company? Wouldn't they WANT to report expenses, and not have to pay tax on that money?

Q. I fount these shoes on the internet but they only come in either 11.5 or 13. My shoe size is exactly 11 but im 15 turning 16. So which should i get because i dont know if my shoes are going to get any bigger. 13 just looks big on me.

A. A half size bigger isn't that much and you're still growing so I'd get the 11.5. You can always wear thicker socks or 1/2 socks until your feet get bigger. Good luck!! : P

Why do guys seem to universally care about their girls orgasming so much?
