A packaged terminal air conditioner (often abbreviated PTAC) is a type of self-contained heating and air conditioning HVAC is an acronym that stands for the closely related functions of "Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning"—the technology of indoor or automotive environmental comfort. HVAC system design is a major subdiscipline of mechanical engineering, based on the principles of thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer system commonly found in hotels and apartment buildings. Many are designed to go through a wall, having vents and heat sinks A heat sink is a term for a component or assembly that transfers heat generated within a solid material to a fluid medium, such as air or a liquid. Examples of heat sinks are the heat exchangers used in refrigeration and air conditioning systems and the radiator in a car. Heat sinks also help to cool electronic and optoelectronic devices, such as both inside and outside. Different standard dimensions are found in the market including 42×16 inches (1067 x 406 mm)[1], 36x15 inches, and 40x15 inches. Although PTACs are used mostly to heat or cool a single living space using only electricity (with resistive and/or heat pump heating), you can find cooling only PTACS with external heating through a hydronic heating coil or natural gas Natural gas is a gas consisting primarily of methane. It is found associated with other fossil fuels, in coal beds, as methane clathrates, and is created by methanogenic organisms in marshes, bogs, and landfills. It is an important fuel source, a major feedstock for fertilizers, and a potent greenhouse gas heating.[2]. Typical PTAC heating and cooling capacity values range from 2 kilowatts (7000 BTU/Hr) to 5.5 kilowatts (19000 BTU/Hr) nominal. One characteristic of PTACs is that drain piping is not required because the condensate water extracted from the air by the evaporator coil Within a downstream processing system, several stages are used to further isolate and purify the desired product. The overall structure of the process includes pre-treatment, solid-liquid separation, concentration, and purification and formulation. Evaporation falls into the concentration stage of downstream processing and is widely used to is drawn by the condenser fan onto the condenser coil surface where it evaporates.
PTACs are commonly installed in window walls and masonry walls. Their installation typically requires the following: 1) Louver A louver or louvre (British English), from the French l'ouvert; "the open one") is a window, blind or shutter with horizontal or, less often, vertical slats, that are angled to admit light and air, but to keep out rain, direct sunshine, and noise. The angle of the slats may be adjustable, usual in blinds and windows, or fixed 2) Metal sleeve 3) Heating Coil 4) The PTAC 5) Room Enclosure

Released on 27 February 2009, it was the group's first album since How to Dismantle an Atomic Bomb , marking the longest gap between studio albums of U2's career. Work on the record began in 2006 with producer Rick Rubin, but most of the material from those sessions was
